What Is A Newman Feature Home?

A Newman Feature Home is a new, move-in-ready home built by us across Canterbury.  These are homes carefully selected with not only section location, but choosing the correct plan most suited to that section.   These are houses that are built, windows are dressed and section is landscaped before a home buyer makes a purchase.

Newman Homes offers feature homes because not every homebuyer has five to six months to wait for their new dream home to be built. For buyers who do not have the time to wait or simply aren’t interested in the construction process, our feature homes are a convenient option!
